Many interesting twists and turns are taking place in Telugu film industry than on silver screen. B Gopal, the director of several blockbusters in the past, was recently roped in by a producer to direct Gopichand. But the said producer and B Gopal had a tiff over script and they parted ways. So Bellamkonda approached B Gopal to direct Balakrishna with whom the director has good rapport and successful track record. Gopal immediately said yes. Bellamkonda has been trying to make film with Balakrishna for a long time - first he announced a film in the direction of Ramesh Varma but it didn’t take place, and then he hastily announced that Puri Jagannath would be directing Balakrishna but again the project fell through. Desperate Bellamkonda has now roped in B Gopal who is anyway walked out of that Gopichand’s project and readily accepted this offer. On other hand, Balakrishna also okayed another proposal by producer M L Kumar Chowdhary. Parachuri Murali might direct this one.
